Refund/Return Policy
Refunds/Returns
All requests for refunds must be communicated to us within 4 days of receiving your
order. We feel our products are of the highest quality and caliber, but if you are not
satisfied for any reason you can return the item/items for a refund within 14 days
from receipt
(shipping and handling costs are not refunded). No refunds are given
past 14-days of purchase date.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been personalized, customized,
engraved, or edibles (candy, chocolates, tea, coffee).
Please consider expedited
shipping when ordering favors with chocolates or candies that may melt during the
warmer months of the year. We will not be responsible to refund nor replace ruined
favors due to the climate.
Sandals, hats, visors are not returnable. When ordering
engraved, customized, or personalized items please make sure that your spelling and
dates are correct! We will not be responsible if the wrong date or incorrect or
misspelled text was provided, so please verify your dates and spelling of the text
content very carefully.

***Please allow plenty of time for processing and shipping to receive your order prior
to date needed! Absolutely no refunds due to items not arriving in time. This is your
responsibility to allow enough time when you place your order!

We will accept returns only if unused and in the original packaging. No Exceptions!
Your order must be returned in its originally boxed condition. Please contact us
before doing so, so that we may give you return shipping instructions.

All returned merchandise's shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We will
not reimburse shipping costs for returns.

All refunds are processed via Paypal.
